One Position: Chemical Engineer or Bio-Engineer or Nanobiotechnology Scientist
BL NANOBIOMED (BL) is looking for one ambitious experienced bio-engineer or chemical engineer or nanobiotechnology scientist for nanobiomaterials, nanoparticles NPs), nanofilters, drug delivery and tissue engineering systems, and biosensors development and mass production, for Nanomedicine, Health, Cosmetic and Bioelectronic applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, install and maintain products related to nanobiomaterials and NPs for various medical, cosmetics, tissue engineering, and bioelectronic applications
- Provide technical support on production and manufacturing of nanoparticles and nanomaterials for various applications and printed biosensors, implement research, innovation and test field projects
- Experimentation, monitors and analyses production performance metrics to ensure that cost and quality targets are maintained
- Establishes and maintains labor standards through work measurement, work simplification, methods engineering and analysis of statistical data
- Contribute in the preparation of projects in Nanobiomedicine and their management
- Develop, submit and deliver technical documents and reports, deliverables and implementation research projects and presentations
- Provide reports and presenting findings to management, clients or other parties
- Install, maintain, implement and order tools, materials and services necessary to complete the job, products and demos of the company
- Collaborate with the production, R&D, Business and Marketing staff for health and nanomedicine applications and markets
Desired Skills:
- At least 5 years proven experience in bio-engineering, nanobiotechnology and nanomaterials
- Experience in nanomaterials, NPs, nanofilters and biosensors development and mass production
- Familiarity with research, development, project management will be highly beneficial
- Hands-on mentality, able to organize practical work in efficient and cooperative way
- Proven flexibility in adapting to working with new technologies, and new devices
- Design experiments methodologies, and keeping thorough laboratory notebook(s)
- Ability to process, analyze, summarize data sets, generate reports and present results using excel, origin, ppt, etc verbally in a collaborative team environment
- Execute Action Plan and Initiate Others
- Proven background in managing well-designed and highly polished deliverables
Requirements:
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) work in Nanobiomaterials, Nanoparticles, Nanomedicine, Tissue Engineering sector
- BSc in Chemical Engineering, Bio-Engineering, Materials Science, Nanobiotechnology
- Master’s or above degree in Engineering, Materials Science, MBA
- Proven working experience in the above production and applications and as a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer
- Proven Excellent knowledge in English

One Position: Business Development and Marketing Manager
BL Nanobiomed (BL) is looking for a global experienced, highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Manager, highly motivated professional who welcomes new challenges to take the company even further, able to raise funding, build distribution and sales relationships at an international level, and manage these relationships to aggressively grow our demand.
This position is responsible for revenue growth and generation of new business opportunities on several market segment related to applications of nanobiomaterials, nanoparticles (NPs), nanofilters, drug delivery and tissue engineering systems, and biosensors in Nanomedicine, Health, Cosmetics, Bioelectronics, and Wearables and IoT in Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing growth strategies and plans and opening new business and build distribution and sales relationships at an international level
- Develop business plans, submit investment proposals and fix the deals
- Identify and deal with potential clients in the target market and mapping business strengths and clients’ needs
- Identify, fix and deal with potential investors, funding opportunities and fund raising
- Develop relationships with prospective clients and end-users, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers and distributors, and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Economics or Finance deals and Market Analysis
- Following Nanomedicine industry and business trends in Europe and internationally

- Manufacturing will be great, however in materials, Polymers, Nanotechnology will be preferred
- Proven experience in fund raising and deals with investors
- Bachelor’s, Master or above level degree in Engineering and Business Administration or from an accredited polytechnic
- Proven Excellent knowledge in English
- Excellent computer skills in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint, familiar to CRM application
- To be in a position to travel worldwide
